I am a Personal Solutions Manager with Sears Holdings Corporation. I have been with this company for 18+ yrs in the technical support field and have over 29 yrs of repair experience in home appliance products. I'm happily married to a wonderful woman going on 25 years and we have one dog and 4 cats. We also bought our first Harley in 2007 and now have over 40,000 miles on it.
