About me
I have been an Electronics Technician since 2000. I started out working on RADAR systems and various other Electronic Equipment for the US Military. I started with Sears in 2006 as an In-Home Electronics Technician. I have worked in the Technical call center for In-Home Technicians to call for support. I currently help write repair guidelines and various other repair content for Technicians to use.
I am an employee of Sears Holdings Corporation

I earned my Associates of Applied Science in Industrial Technologies in 2007.
