I know how important it is to have the right information for your equipment. However, I am not seeing a manual available for this model. I am seeing a usage chart and a set of assembly instructions. Thank you for your response to my request. For your information: I have the original assembly instructions for my 15-1750 Alpha Flex Elastic Resistance Exercise Bench. I will be happy to scan this information for your files on this equipment. The information I am looking for is the poster-size sheet displaying the various exercises that can be done on the equipments as well recommended exercise routines for user goals, i.e. abdomen, back, leg strengthening, etc. Please advise.
