We replaced the heating element and thermostat and another part at the top of the heating element but don't remember what it was called. We have 220 voltage and its worked on the same voltage before. It turns on but doesn't dry the cloths. Thanks for your help.

The image below will show you the location of these addition parts that need to be check with meter. When bad part is found replace it.
