dishwasher cabinet
this is a new install not replacement.do i have to buy a cabinet,the space is on a wall,tight fit but is big enough,can't i just stabilize then frame front sides with strips?it is a maytag jet washer,i know plumbing and electric need to be done,existing water supply from an antique washing machine and wiring already there.

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.As long as you stabilize the dishwasher it does not have to have a cabinet around it. The dishwasher will be noisier during operation, but it will be functional. Make sure you follow all other installation instructions in the installation guide for your dishwasher.
