I am sorry you are having a problem with the washer. Without a model number, I am not sure what model you are repairing. If you have not ordered the part yet, you can order it form our parts website: Sears Parts Direct . I have found a video that shows how to replace the bellow on one of our washers. Click here to watch the video. If the video does not look like your washer, please reply below with more details and a model number.
