When an appliance goes out, I usually see money going out the window, either in repair cost, or replacement. Managemylife.com can take the mystery out of the repair. Your expert can help you determine if you should consider replacing or repairing an appliance. I did some research for you at this web page and found an expert answer to a similar question which may shed some light on the problem. If you decide to schedule service, and have a qualified technician to assist you, I have attached the link to searshomeservices.com. I hope this information will be useful until your expert can respond.

Thank you for your question.

The F6 error code is an internal failure. I recommend then check the operation. If the error code comes back there is a problem with the microwave. unplugging the microwave for a few minutes but we do not give repair information on microwave ovens because they are inherently dangerous to service. Microwaves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is completely unplugged. Door repairs and adjustments, even minor ones, can cause microwave leakage, and a microwave shielding leakage test must be performed using a survey meter after any microwave service. That's why I strongly warn you to have this repair handled only by a qualified service technician. You can schedule service online with Sears Home Services or by calling 1-800-4-MY-HOME.

Normally at ManageMyLife.com we like to help you with all of your repairs, but our expert advice is that microwaves are just too dangerous. We thank you for your understanding in this matter and hope we can help you with other questions and repairs in the future.

You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
