Mouse inside cooktop!!!

Can I lift the cooktop on Kenmore freestanding gas stove model # 66575002101 to clean or remove dead mouse? Thank you

To lift the cooktop on your range, you have to remove the screws holding the burners down. Release the spring clips on each side near the front of the range and carefully lift the top.

If you pull the range away from the wall and disconnect the power to the range. Remove the screws holding the covers to the back of the range and remove the covers.

From the rear of the range, you should be able to locate and remove the dead mouse.
