My first thought is that the location the dryer was moved to is the difference. The dryer worked previously but at the new place it doesn't dry as well.
Vent problems can be tricky to confirm but there are some things you can try.First I'd suggest pull the dryer out and remove the vent hose from the vent. Try a medium wet load with the vent hose off and see if it dries any better. If you always use the automatic cycle try a medium wet load with a Timed Dry cycle selected.
