My kenmore freezer alarm keeps going off, and the display blinks 6. The food is frozen solid, and I hit the FF button, but it still keeps going off. When you hit the alarm, it will stop for about 30 minutes, but then it starts back again. This has been going on for about 3 weeks, and it is getting very frustrating.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the freezer alarm. I suspect the flashing 6 is actually a b, which will indicate the battery needs to be replaced or it has a poor connection and the module cannot sense it. The battery is usually located in the bottom toe grill. I hope this will help you.
