Switching Door Sides
Kenmore Freezer Model #564.25502500 Can you switch the way the door opens. Right now it opens from the left side can it open from the right side? There are not screw holes on the left side so i dont know.

I just did it to a refrigerator-freezer. The screw holes were already there on the other side. However it looked like the screw holes were there but that they were covered by the plastic top. It looks like some then drilled though the plastic cover, guessing were to find the screw holes. Since the holes in the plastic are not exactly lined up with the screw holes under it. So that is what i'm wondering is it the same thing on this freezer? Are there screw holes just under the plastic top and i just need to basically drill through were i think they maybe?

The door on the Kenmore freezer model 564.25502500 can not be reversed. There are no drilled holes to mount the hinge on the left side of the cabinet. There are refrigerant lines inside the cabinet of the freezer. I don't recommend you drill holes into the cabinet.
