The freezer is on the bottom, one of the rails on the sliding drawers is not sliding all the way back.

Model # MFI2568AEW, Maytag French Door Bottom Freezer. The right rail on the sliding bin seems to be frozen or stuck, it does not slide all the way back. The left rail works fine but the right is stuck. What can I do, is there any lubricant that can help it?

It can definitely be frustrating that you are not able to slide in the drawer. I have taken some time to research your question here on the Manage My Life website and I noticed that someone else had asked a similar question with a posted response from an expert. I attached the link below if you are interested in viewing. I hope the link that I provided is helpful.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about the freezer drawer not closing good. The rail # 67006365 may need to be replaced but before replacing it, you can try lubing the rail. Use some silicone grease # 542638 and it may allow the rail to slide smooth again. This silicone grease is available at SearsPartsDirect . I hope this helps you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
