Removing Bamboo Plants.. The question I have after the plants are removed with the roots cut and the bulbs does the roots continue to grow after they are cut from bulb itself..If so how would you recommend to kill...after removal of the stumps...I used water conditioner salt and 100% concentrated Roundup. Twice....It seems that the roots are continually growing in differnt parts of the yard...spreading to another inground pool.....MINE Thanks
As you're learning, bamboo is tough to kill. You'll have to try a combination of methods. Dig up as much of the root masses as you can, mow/cut whatever comes up and knock it back with herbicides (not conditioner salt -- you'll ruin the soil.)
