I know how important it is to have a good working dryer in the home so that you can dry your freshly washed clothes. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I suggest you add to the thread of this question and include the full model number of your dryer so that the expert can provide you with a more detailed answer. I did manage to find a link that will provide you with some great information to help you with your question. I hope my link is useful.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for submitting a question to Manage My Life.

I am sorry you are having problems with your dryer.

You did not include your model number or tell me if this is a gas or electric dryer. Without this information I am only able to offer general suggestions.

If this is an electric dryer make sure both breakers are on. If this is a gas dryer make sure it is hooked up to gas and the gas is turned on.

If you would like specific help with your dryer, please include a model number when replying to this post.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website: Sears Home Services .

Thanks again for using Manage My Life.

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
