When making some repairs on a refrigerator I know how useful it can be to have detailed instructions to make the job much easier. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I did manage to find a link that will provide you with some good information. I am also adding a second link in where you can enter your refrigerator model number and the owners manual will pop up in where you can find some useful information to help you with your project. Replacing some parts can be a challenge. The information you have received from Joseph is good but it does not pertain to this model. To remove the handles will require prying off the trim above and below the handles, to access the screws on the handle. I'm attaching a picture with instructions. I hope this will help you.
