It's a Whirlpool front-loading automatic washer, product number W10275729B. It will run a full normal cycle, but when it's complete the clothes will still be soaking wet. It does this every now and again, not consistently.
Having your clothes washer leaving your clothes very wet sounds like an inconvenience since the clothes can take a long time to dry and I will be happy to help. While you are waiting for an expert answer, I did manage to find a link that will provide you with some tips about what may be causing your problem. I hope my link is useful.
There are several possible causes of this problem. The washer may not be able to balance a load properly so that it can ramp up to a high speed spin in some situations. A problem with excessive suds in the washer can also prevent the cycle from being completed normally. A problem with the drain line could prevent the washer from draining and spinning properly.Since the washer works in most cycles, you may not have a component failure in the washer. If you do have a component problem, it should be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Follow the instructions in your owner's manual for warranty service if necessary. Before calling for warranty service, I recommend that you take these troubleshooting steps that may resolve your problem:
