Reprogramming garage door openers
I changed out the Receiver/Logic Board (part# 41AC175) on my Craftsman garage door opener model# 139.53990D. Now I am unable to reprogram the original hand held remote control and the original Keyless Entry. The Multi-Function Door Control operates normally when pressing the push bar.

It looks like you may have the wrong board. 41AC175-2A may differ in appearance, but is a functional equivalent to prior parts including 41AC175. This is the correct one. Lets try to reprogram the remote first though to make sure. Press the colored learn button on the motor head and then press the button on the remote. This should do it if it is the right one. Make sure the wire harness is on correctly. Thanks BB
