How do I program this particular wireless keypad to this garage door opener?

Wireless entry is great, programming everything to work together can be tricky. I found the owner's manuals for both numbers and attached below. I see the garage door and the keyless entry seem to have programming instructions. This may help while you wait for the expert answer. Hope this helps!

The keypad you have is only compatible with an unit with a green srt learn button. The keypad suggested for that unit is 53716. These two devices run on totally different sequences. You can find this item at searspartsdirect.com. Enter in the model number of your opener and a parts list will come up. A replacement model might be applicable if that keypad is no longer available.
