What should I replace on my treadmill that is getting a e21?
All the diagrams look like what I've got but the flow diagram seems like its for a different controller. I do not have the 120v LED lit but I can read120v at ac1 and ac2 on the controller board (which means I am reading the 120v input and output on the power supply and the thermal switch on the motor.) In the test mode, my PWM LED flickers with increased speed but I do not seem to have voltage from the power supply to the motor controller on L, W and H.

I forgot to mention that the flow chart was intended as a rough guide. My fault. The mc70 motor control produces 5 volts dc that it feeds to the power supply board. Then the power supply will feed a metered portion of that voltage back to the motor control depending on the speed selected. If you have the required 120 vac to the motor control and 0 vdc out I recommend replacing the motor control.
