Part # 41A5021-3c Craftsman 1/2 HP. Canada # 101-241A - 12/98 - 132c2105-1 Replaced key pad 1 yr ago. stopped working, changed battery but will not code. then bought universal key pad, same thing will not code. 2 other remotes do code. Do I need a new Logic Baord? How much are they? Thanks.

Yes it sounds like you will need a new board in this case, unless you are trying to code the keypad wrong. That's the only other thing it could be.
