On searspartsdirect.com you have 2 options. One is the drive and worm gear replacement set which is 25.71, model 41a2817, or the whole drive assembly which includes these parts but is pre-assembled is 34.11, model 41c4220a. If a tech does this for you expect to pay 100.00 or so as this is actually pretty labor intensive and takes a little while to do. Of course this is depending on your region. Thanks BB
