Although tipping is not required—and it should not be a charge on your bill—moving is a service business, and movers will appreciate if you do tip. It's definitely appropriate if you feel the movers did a good job.

The answer is usually yes, provided they did a good job. A simple gesture of free beverages and letting the crew know where the restroom is will go a long way. Remember, these guys are carrying your important items, so you'll want to treat them well. And if the job is completed with professionalism, a tip is very much a great idea.
