MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER BUTTON LAMP IS FLASHING AND THE REMOTES NO LONGER WORK

If it is a door bell type then either you need to replace the button or the logic board.
If it is the wall station type with 3 buttons then it sounds like you have the vacation lock engaged. On the wall station there is a button labeled lock on the bottom left front. Press and hold this button for 2 seconds and let go. The flashing should stop. Try to operate it now. If it did not fix it unhook the wall station. Try it by remote. If this did not fix it then you need a new logic board. You can find one at searspartsdirect.com. Thanks BBJoin this conversation.
