First make sure the batteries are good in the keypad. To test push any button and the back light on it should come on. Next find the colored learn button on the opener head. Press and release the learn button and then within 30 seconds enter the 4 digit code followed by the up/down/enter button. The light bulb should flash once to let you know it has been received. If the battery is good and the light does not come on or it does not program(if the remotes work well) then you need a new keypad.
