I can't fold down my Proform Crosswalk treadmill model 831. Help???
It is an older model 831. It has a large triangle bold cover on the front side, but it wont come out. The arms come down by removing the pin, but the center pole and console won't come down. I know it must be either a switch or that bolt. I don't want to pry it loose if that isn't it.

The treadmill must be jammed or twisted to cause it to bind.
You need to pry gently on the corners and try to let the treadmill down as you pry.Join this conversation.
