I did not find this model number in our data base but I will give you directions for any opener produced in the last 20 years.
Find the colored learn button on the motor head. If there are two and you have a belt drive opener it will be the bottom one. Press and release this button and then press the button on the remote. The light bulb will flash once and you are done. This does not work for universal or clicker remotes. If this does not work send some photos with another question. Thanks BBJoin this conversation.
