remote model 139.53681B will not work after battery change, unalble to get reprogrammed is a 1/2 hp
it is a 1/2 hp craftsman. The battery went dead, I replaced it and followed the instructions on the opener, now all 4 remotes will not work and neither will the key pad. How do I reprogram them? Is there an online maual I can download? I cant afford to have a service man fix it.

This indicates that you are having logic board problems. Most of the time the remote stops working because of the openers logic board and customers mistake that for a dead battery. So they replace the battery and notice the others are not working too. Do you have a surge protector on the unit? There should be one 900 joules or higher on it. Surges account for most of these problems. You will need a new logic board to fix this problem. You can go to searspartsdirect.com for a replacement. Click on the contact us icon for help.
