How to adjust the engine speed on my lawn mower model 917.388951?
My hardly-used-new lawn mower engine runs too fast.

The speed of the lawnmower engine should only be adjusted by a technician with a tachometer. The speed of the engine determines the speed of the blade, the blade speed is regulated by law.
