139.655000 GD opener. Light fails up/down. New thernal switch. Rheater=900ohm Seems backwards

If you are still having this problem and the parts are correctly installed then you need to farther toward the logic board-up to the logic board itself. Or at the bottom of the socket alot of times this lead gets pushed down and does not make contact with the bulb. You can pull this up a little(with the power off). Florescent bulbs are very bad about this. Of course if you think you just got a defective part then I would pursue that. Thanks BB
