my key pad has buttons for 0-9 but no * or enter buttons for recoding

If it does not have the enter button then if you look right inside of the keypad you will find a wall station, this is part of the keypad unit. You will need to find the model number off one of these pieces for further instructions. If you find the model number you can get the manual off of managemyhome.com, click on manuals and enter the model number and download the manual with all the instructions. Thanks BB
