More than likely the vacation lock has been engaged. If this is true the remotes will do the same too. Go to the wall station and find the lock button. Press and hold this button down for 3 seconds and try close it with the keypad. If you have a doorbell looking wall button or this did not work on your wall station then you are having logic board problems.
