This runs on 390mhz and is a billion code. Liftmaster makes one 66lm. The number provided is the logic board number. The opener number starts with a (139.) You can go to searspartsdirect and click on the contact us icon for help ordering the craftsman product. Also Chamberlain makes a universal one called a clicker. We also recommend a surge protector 900 joules or higher for all openers. Thanks BB
