I would check the springs first. If the opener senses the door is running out of balance it will revers up. If the springs look good and not broken(with help) disengage the door and check the door itself for balance and ease of operation. If all is good with the door and it goes up and down easy by hand it is time to check the opener. Reattach the opener. I know you said the eyes were lit but make sure and watch them closely as the door operates, see if the flicker or change. Make sure they are securely attached to the wall or tracks, and that the tracks don't move too. If the eyes are still good then go to the opener head and find the FORCE adjustments. They will be plastic screws that STICK OUT of the opener, not indented. Find the down adjustment and turn it 1/4 clockwise and try again. If not another 1/4 turn. Never turn these all the way up. If your opener is still not working you either need to consult a technician or get a new opener. To make sure there is not too much force do a 2x4 safety reversal test. Thanks BB
