I have had this machine for over 20 years, but it needs repairs and I was told I should replace it. I want another machine with the same capacity (3.2, 3.5, 4.0 cubic ft?), but no one has owner's manuals/specs for this older machine. I really want to know the capacity of my machine. Can it be measured, or does someone have specs for this model? Does someone have documentation or specs on this machine?
In reference to your Kenmore washer, model number 110.82873100:
To calculate the capacity (volume) of the tub, you multiply the area by the height. For example if your washer has a tub radius of 10 inches and the height is 14 inches, you would use the mathematical equation below.Member
