This advice is if you have not plugged the unit in and ran it yet.

On the chain there is a cable and chain married. You will need to locate the chain links that marry the other ends. They look like little pieces of chain but taken apart. They will be in a bag and will total 6 pieces.

On the long boom is where the trolley goes and at the end there is a sprocket and bolts that attach. You should start the trolley about 8-10" from the end of the boom. Put a pair of vice grips on the motor side so it does not move on you. In a flat white box you will find the chain and cable. Take the cable end and from right to left(standing at the motor looking at the end of the boom) Thread it past the round black sprocket. Attach it to the trolley with the chain link. Now bring the cable up to the motor and around the chain sprocket on the motor and around to the trolley. Attach it to the threaded screw attached to the trolley with another chain link. To get the slack out of the chain tighten up this screw screw. This info is in the book and what to do after. Make sure and get a surge protector 900 joules or higher. Thanks BB

This is a great place to go for advice, especially if you're low on funds and you could resolve the problem before calling and paying a service call, if it's an easy fix. I'm glad you are there for me.
