My opener does have the dip switches. I don't see what it is on the inside of the remote that I am supposed to match them to. Mike
The inside of the remote should have the same set of dip switches that are on the opener. On some of the remotes you have to take the back all the way off of the remote to see them. If they do not then I don't know how it would of worked in the first place. If you can not get it to work you can get a new one at searspartsdirect.com, click on the cotact us part for help, or chamberlain makes a universal opener remote called a clicker. Thanks BB
