If it is doing this with the keypad then it should be doing it with the remotes too. It sounds like the vacation lock feature on the wall station has been activated. On the inside wall station you will find 3 buttons to push. Find the one labeled lock. Press and hold this button for 3 seconds and let go. Try the unit again. If this does not fix the problem find on the back of the unit an adjustment called force. Find the up one and turn it clockwise 1/2 turn and try it again. If still nothing then you will probably need a new logic board. Make sure and do a 2x4 safety reversal test. Thanks BB
