How do I remove the impeller on yard vacuum model 247.770990?
The impeller is mounted on the crankshaft of the engine on a tapered shaft. You need to put a bar behind the impeller and pry while you hit the bolt that holds the impeller on.
Back the impeller mounting bolt out about 2 turns and hit it with a hammer while you pry on the back of the impeller. The impeller will pop loose and then come off.Member
