I received a response to a question today regarding the calcium build-up on my basement walls. They suggested that I contact an engineer/foundation expert. Do you have any suggestions on highly qualified individuals in the surrounding areas of Philadelphia, PA? I live about 45 min. to an hour outside of Philly heading towards Lehigh.
