when set keyless entry it cancells out remote
bought a house they gave me wrong code for keyless entry when try to set it with the learn button on the garage door opener the squar red one you hold for 3 sec. have 30 sec. to enter code it cancells out code on remote

First get all the remotes together. Press and hold the red learn button until the led light by it goes out. This cancels out all old codes and remotes. An opener can only hold a certain amount of devices in the receiver. -----Now press and release this button again, like a door bell. Then press the button on the remote. The light bulb will flash once. For multiple remotes repeat from -----. For the keyless entry press and release the learn button and within 30 seconds press the 4 digit code followed by the up/down button. Again the light bulb will flash.
