Hello, the outside keypad for my garage door quit working even though I'm punching in the right code
It's a Craftsman, model # 13953964SRT, part # 132B2171-2. The manual instructions haven't helped. I reset the code. When I hit the "learn" button and then 4 new digits, plus the enter key on my key pad within 30 seconds, it says the lightbulb should flash, but it doesn't. Please help. Thanks!

You are doing the right things, so it does narrow it own to two different problems. The first is, these devices have batteries and should be checked. To check it push any button when it is dark and the pad should light up. If it does not replace the battery. The other problem is that you might just need a new one. Like I said you are doing the right things and these are the only two things left it could be. Thanks BB
