What is the part number for a 4 wire push button for my garage door opener (model 139.53615SR)?
It is a model 139.53615SR, the push button opener is broke. The manual and all push buttons shown have a 2 wire connection. My model has a 4 wire connection. I tried using a 2 wire connection. The door opens and closes but I lose the function of turning on the light and locking the door with my 2 buttons that aren't connected. Does Sears make the old push button any more? Can I get an OEM that will allow me to use all features of my garage door opener?

You can't get the doorbell type switch if that is what you had. The wall control for 4 wires is still available in limited quantities. Order part number 41A3472-1. The cost is around $25.00.
