If you are using the new style of lights, sometimes they don't screw in far enough, or a regular one might not too. Unplug the unit and look inside the socket. At the very end you will see a little copper piece. It can be pulled up a little to make sure there is contact. Try it again. If still nothing there are two things it might be. Either the light socket itself needs replaced or you will need a new logic board. I would start with a new socket since it is the cheapest. But that does not mean it will work. You might have a brand new one in and still need a new board. Make sure and unplug the unit before you work on it. We recommend a surge protector too, 900 joules or higher. Thanks BB
