OK - I've been here before, I have 3 old recievers 93 &94 - I have 3 old 139.53778 tramsmitters.
MMH gave me a clue - memory in the transmitter. however I found that old 139.53778 tranmitters (3) - which still work do fine. - the new units will only allow one transmitter, try to install the second on the recever it cancels out the first. How much memory do 41A4315-7A 03/95and 41A4315-6 06/93 have? OK - what is wrong with the new units, can I use them or should I return them. Oldman

If they are the same transmitters as the old ones and the old ones work fine, then they should code in to the unit. Clearing out the memory in the receiver is a just in case. On a regular basis if someone told me that they had erased the receiver and started over and the transmitter would code but then it would erase when another one was coded in then I would suggest new logic boards. The fact that the old ones code in fine is a bit of a mystery since the receiver is really "dumb" about this. It doesn't care if it is new or old, just that it is on the same frequency. And if loses the code on the new ones it really should lose the codes on the old ones too??? My only suggestion would be return them and find a universal one that operates them. BB
