have 3 new 139.53778 transmitters. want a push botton on each to open to open one of three doors
I have 3 garage door openers like 53000SRT about 1993) just bought three new 139.53778 transmitters to replace old ones same 139.53778 that are failing. I want one push botton of the three, on each transmitter to open one of the three doors. The primary botton will vary from transmitter to transmitter. Old ones did fine - new ones will program fine for one door when I try to add the second transmitter to the door - it cancelled the first etc.

That year they actually made two different kinds of programming and I will need to know which one it is. On the back of the opener you will find either a set of dip switches that match a set inside the remote, or you will find a colored learn button on the back or side of the motor unit and no switches in the remote. I need this information before we move on. Also if you could check the model number of the opener. 53000srt does not match anything we have on file. It should start with 139. something. Thanks BB
