The wired key pad controls the door normally. Also, the sensors used to turn the light on when I walked in or out of the garage and no longer do so. All these problems started at the exact same time. Is it the logic board??? The model number is 139.53985D. Logic board number is 41AC150-2. Please help!!
Yes this would be a logic board issue. You can get another one at sears.com. Make sure and adjust the up/down force correctly and do a 2x4 safety reversal test afterwards. Thanks BB
Thanks for the info. Sears wants to send a tech out to me for $90! But, they did also recommend this site which is great! New logic board is $104 plus shipping and handling so instead, I went out and bought a whole new opener with the same model number. I figure I could save the wireless remotes ($43 a piece at Sears) for when my old ones break, but as I was about to install it, I plugged in the old opener to trouble shoot it one more time and it works again!?! Thanks for the help! - Carlos
