The rack is toast on my Chamberlain 7902K screw drive door opener, how do I replace the rack?

A replacement carriage rack can be slid off the end of the opener but you have to take it down and unhook the rail from the motor head. Have someone turn it while you help it off and then reverse this action to install. Make a mark where the rack came off of and put it back there. You may need to adjust the up/down travel as a result. This is not hard but also if you have never done it before it can be frustrating. BB
