How do I repair slate walkway when the slate riser falls forward onto the lower step?
As I was turning the lawn mower around on one of the steps, the slate riser to the next higher step fell over onto the step. What do I do to put it back in place and secure it so it won't fall out again?

You will normally need to use a strong epoxy to secure the riser back into place. You will need to give the epoxy proper time to cure. Do not let the area be disturbed or get wet for about a week after bracing the area and applying the epoxy to repair the riser.
