I have a new Craftsman garage door opener with remote code 139.53753. Can I program my old remote 139.53778 to work with it? How?

No sorry these components are not compatible. All garage door opener companies change their frequencies among other things all the time. These 2 items are all together different. If you want to get a new remote you can go to sears with opener info or sears.com. Knowing the color of the learn button also helps. Thanks BB
