I have a Sears/Craftsman garage door #139.53605 taht will not open up after pushing transmiter boton
my door opener will work if i push the transmiter botton. but i have to wait 5 minutes before i can push it again. is there any way that i can check/change the sensitivity on the unit.

Have you checked the batteries? If you have new batteries in the remotes and this is still happening then you have a receiver problem. You will need to have the logic board replaced or have an external receiver installed. Logic boards will allow you to keep your old remotes and the external receiver will need new remotes on that frequency. There is no sensitivity settings that deal with this issue. Thanks BB
